FitNut volunteers organize fitness and nutrition classes for elementary schools throughout the West LA area. FitNut curriculum is expansive, covering topics from healthy eating habits to bullying prevention. Classes can be tailored for the needs of each student body at our five volunteer sites. After each class, volunteers engage the students with exciting games and activities.

Each year, FitNut volunteers host Olympics Day, where they bring more than 300 elementary students to UCLA so they can play sports and have a great time while being encouraged to attend a four-year university.
